Start typing your query into the search box located at the top of the program.

Remember you can always use drop-down tips offered by YourFileDownloader when you enter your search query letter by letter.

Please make sure that your network connection is working well.

You should also check if your search query is typed correctly. If it’s too complex, please try to reduce the number of letters in your query.

The program shall be added to the Windows built-in Firewall automatically during installation.

If it’s still not, please open the “Control Panel“, click on the “Windows Firewall“ icon and click on the “Allow a program through Windows Firewall“ link.

You cannot download faster than it’s determined by your Internet service package or a provider.

If you’re experiencing slow downloads, please also try not to download more than one file at a time.

You can uninstall the program using a common way:

Start → Programs → YourFileDownloader → Uninstall YourFileDownloader, or by using Windows “Add or Remove Programs” utility in Control Panel.
